Logging Into the IntelliNet Portal

On the top right of the Intelligent Buildings Homepage, select the tab labeled “IntelliNet Portal”.

Once selected, you will be taken to the Login Page where you will select the orange “Login” button which will open a box asking for your login information.

After entering your email and password, select the arrow at the bottom of the box.

You will now be on the IntelliNet Portal.

Resetting Your Password

On the Login Page, select the orange “Login” button which will open a box asking for your login information.

Inside of the box, there is an option below the email and password bars labeled as
“Don’t remember your password?”.

After selecting this, you will be prompted to enter your email address in the provided bar.

Once entered, you will be taken back to the login box with a green notification at the top ensuring that you received an email.

Once that is done, check your email, and there will be a link to change your password waiting for you.

Request A Help Desk Ticket

Once signed into the IntelliNet Portal, select the circle with a Question Mark (?) on the top right of the page.

A box will open up prompting you for your name, phone number, and a message box where you can explain what you need.

After the necessary information is entered, select the blue “Submit” button at the bottom right of the box.

There will be a notification on the top right of the page ensuring that your Help Desk ticket has been received.

You will receive a message from our Help Desk as soon as we can get to you.

Finding Your Company Dashboard

When signed into the IntelliNet Portal, there is a list of dropdown menus on the left side of the page.

Select the “Portfolio” dropdown.

Once opened, select “My Dashboard”.

You will now be on your company dashboard.

Customizing Your Portfolio

Once you are on the “My Dashboard” page, there will be a circle with a box inside of it on the left of the page across from “Home”.

Selecting that button, will open a tab labeled “Widget Pallet” which houses many widgets for you to freely add, remove, and move around on your Dashboard.

Select the widgets you would like and they will be added to the bottom of the page.
These widgets have a small icon on the top right of their boxes which looks like 4 little squares.

Click and hold on the small icon to drag the widget around and move it to wherever you would like, then release it to drop it in place.
